Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of AI‑Shifu Inc.'s platform and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or allowing another user to access the Service on your behalf, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

AI‑Shifu delivers an AI-powered content creation and personalization platform that includes authoring tools, knowledge-base management, analytics, collaboration features, and integrations with select third-party services.

You may use the Service for lawful purposes such as educational content, training programs, creative writing, internal documentation, and other professional workflows consistent with these Terms.

You must create an account and provide accurate information to access most features. You are responsible for maintaining account security, selecting strong credentials, enabling multi-factor authentication where available, and notifying us of any unauthorized use.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. Users under 18 may need verifiable guardian consent depending on jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR member states). AI‑Shifu does not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; we will delete such data if discovered.

By registering, you confirm that you meet local age requirements and are legally permitted to use the Service.

We offer Free, Pro (Individual and Team), and Enterprise plans with distinct feature sets and usage limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. By purchasing a plan, you consent to recurring billing via your selected payment method.

Downgrades, upgrades, and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You agree not to abuse, interfere with, or disrupt the Service, and not to use the Service for unlawful, infringing, or harmful purposes.

You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, bypass security controls, or build competitive models using access to the Service.

You must respect all applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and export-control regulations.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create with the Service. You grant AI‑Shifu a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the Service and prevent abuse.

AI‑Shifu and its licensors retain all rights to the Service, including software, documentation, trademarks, and AI models. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and share data. By using the Service, you agree to the data practices outlined there.

You are responsible for obtaining the necessary consents to upload third-party data and for complying with applicable privacy laws when using AI-generated outputs.

We strive to maintain high availability but the Service may experience planned maintenance or unforeseen downtime. Status updates are posted at status.ai-shifu.cn during incidents.

Support tiers include community resources for Free plans, email support for paid plans, and dedicated contacts for Enterprise customers. Response times vary by plan level.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or for losses caused by third-party services or events beyond our reasonable control.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay required fees, engage in fraud, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data may remain available for export for up to 30 days unless deletion is legally required sooner. Fees already paid are non-refundable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict-of-law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires a different forum.
